This experience gives you the opportunity to hunt a meat hog at Hog Wild, just outside Mayerthorpe, Alberta, with guides and side-by-side access included.
Once your boar is harvested, the BORN team handles the butchering. You’re welcome to participate and learn the process, but you are not required to. The goal is simple: a real field experience, a clean harvest, and a direct connection to the food you take home.
Instead of paying full price for a whole boar and figuring out the butcher, pickup, and product use on your own, this structure keeps the experience accessible, practical, and supported from start to finish.
This BORN Immersive invites you into the full reality of a wild boar harvest: the hunt, the honouring, and the nose-to-tail use of the animal. You will not be left to figure it out alone in a high-stakes moment. Our team holds the process from start to finish, creating a clean, coherent harvest experience where the animal is respected completely, the usable parts are preserved, and you are supported in taking home only what you want. We will steward the rest.

For anyone who does not successfully harvest their animal on their first hunt day, they will have the option of staying the night at the ranch and hunting the following day.
When you register, choose the day you'd like as your primary hunt day. If you'd like to hunt multiple boars, select multiple boars in the cart. You are welcome to stay at the ranch the night before and the night after your hunts. You can add cabin stays in the cart.
